Dr. sc. Tihana Marić graduated in Molecular Biology at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Science in 2017. She then started PhD program in Biomedicine and Health at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, where she also worked as an assistant on the project “Center of Excellence for Reproductive and Regenerative Medicine from 2018 – 2022.  She defended her doctorate thesis in 2022 by the name “Association of life habits and environmental factors, sperm quality and seminal fluid N-glycans in men”. During that period, she gained diverse scientific experience by conducting basic science experiments, publishing papers, and participating in many international and national congresses and educations.

She showed motivation to work in IVF Laboratory during her student days when she applied to BetaPlus Center where she spent several months getting to know the team and working procedures. Six years later, she becomes a part of the BetaPlus team. Her interest fields are male infertility and andrology.
