Dr. Boris Lovrić is a specialist of gynecology and obstetrics with sub-specialization in fetal medicine. He graduated from University of Zagreb School of Medicine and has completed his gynecology and obstetrics residency in 2005. During his residency at Petrova Hospital he has completed his postgraduate studies in Use of Ultrasound in Gynecology and Obstetrics at “Sveti Duh” Hospital. In addition, after completing his residency he has done several 1st category postgraduate courses including Ultrasound in Gynecology and Obstetrics, Role of Colposcopy in Early Diagnosis and Prevention of Cervical Neoplastic Changes, Surgery in Gynecology and Endoscopy.
By completing several courses abroad in 3D-4D ultrasound diagnostics and in fetal echocardiography, Dr. Lovrić has exercised his special interest in pregnancy focusing on 2D/3D/4D ultrasound diagnostics and fetal echocardiography. When doing the anomaly scan he does a detailed analysis of the fetus’ heart in M and Doppler modes, as well as biophysical profile and all Doppler measurements during pregnancy.
Dr. Lovrić actively participates at conferences on gynecology and obstetrics and has authored several articles. In the region of Slavonia, he has been the first to start with organized vaccination of girls against Human papillomavirus (HPV).
